#TheLacquerRing: Alice in Wonderland

We're back with our second prompt of the month for #TheLacquerRing. We rocked some sweet holographic blue mani's earlier this month and now we are all sporting some nail art that is  Alice in Wonderland themed.

First let's start off with my base. I started with a base of Cirque Colors Nympho from the Vice Collection. This bright neon fuchsia creme is so sumptuous. It literally freaked my camera out it was so bright. I used three thin coats for opacity and like all Cirque's it applied like butter.

I then went in with Vapid Lacquer Garota de Ipanema for some curved stripes using some french nail stickers. Garota de Ipanema is a polish from the Awesome Sauce Indie box, so it'll be hard to find but maybe you'll get lucky in a destash. This neon purple is filled with a dash of holo and was the perfect match to Nympho for my Cheshire Cat Stripes. The cat's face was done all in acrylic paints.

And there you have it. My ode to Alice in Wonderland. This one pushed me outside of my comfort zone, I'm so happy we did it. Obviously my freehand skills are not up to par with some of the amazing ladies out there but I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. Be sure to see all the other #TLR looks below.

Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee
