Awaiting the Great Pumpkin...

Do you ever see a polish and think that has to be mine? Because that is pretty much my entire polish buying experience. The other day I was broswing on Nail Pattern Boldness' site, and I came across a Halloween polish called Fraken-Pussy. First off, best name ever, second it was GORGEOUS  so of course it immediately went in my cart because I'm a sucker for pretty polish.

Once Fraken-pussy (ha!) arrived, I decided I wanted to pair some nail art with it. How can you not do some Halloween nail art with some Halloween themed polish?

Fraken-pussy (ha!) is an orange micro-glitter polish with a smattering of chartreuse, green, and purple glitters. Seriously it's amaze-balls! On my ring finger I applied a base of China Glaze Kalahari Kiss then used a sponge to dab on some Fraken-pussy (ha! I'm real mature, I know) in a round shape on the bottom. Once that was done I used orange, green, and brown acrylic paint to freehand the details on the pumpkin.

I loved this manicure and I was so bummed that I had to take it off, so I could put on a "interview appropriate" mani. But the good news was I got a second interview for a job I want, so yay me!

Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee

  1. "Do you ever see a polish and think that has to be mine?" How about always? I always want everything no matter how ugly the polish is (like the essie ones I'm dying to get). This turned out very cute!

    1. Haha. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Although I manage to keep myself from buying the ugly ones like you. :-)
