Zoya Carter

I feel like this week has flown by. How did a weekend come and go, then two whole days of the week are gone? Seriously, lets slow things down a bit. Do ya'll ever feel like that? Like you look up and holy shiz, it's Wednesday.

So for today, I'm going to show you Zoya Carter. This is one of my top five textured polishes. I love the bright royal purple color, I love the sparkle, I love the texture. You can't go wrong. I've used two thin coats with plenty of dry time between each.

So are textured polishes still a thing? I haven't seen any new ones lately, but I still love them. Do you?

Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee

  1. I love the pixie dust line. I own all of them and I'm sad that Zoya won't be releasing them anymore. They're some of the best textures i own. Beautiful swatches.

    1. I think they did Texture's so well. I'm sad to see them following off in popularity.

  2. It's so gorgeous! Pixie Dusts are my favorite textures and I hope Zoya will continue to make textures and mattes even if the pixies are gone.

  8. This is definitely one of my favourite Zoya pixie dusts - I feel like Zoya caused the death of texture (or announced it) with the retirement of these polishes, it's still nice to see them though.

    1. Yes, I wish they had never said the were retiring them. But OPI was moving away from them also. It makes me sad, because I love them so much.

  9. Carter is a favorite in my house. My 5 year old wears it all the time. I've gone through 2 bottles and had to stock up when they announced they were being discontinued. DazzleGlaze has some lovely textured polishes that I swatched not all that long ago.

  13. Although I have textures, I still don't think I've tried a Pixie Dust! I have one, though.
Textures aren't gone for me. I'll still wear 'em, especially since you can topcoat them, too. - Bubbie
