ITS THE WEEKEND!!!!! I've never been more excited. Life has been insane at work this week and it is FINALLY over.
My #StampingSaturday look started with a base of Essie Tuck in my Tux. Never in my life have I been more disappointed by a polish. In my mind a white jelly polish sounded awesome. However, after 3 coats, there is no leveling this sucker out. It's patchy and just weird.
Because the base was ugly, I naturally decided to stamp over it. I used Mundo de Unas Holland Blue and Uber Chic plates 1-01 and 2-03 for this look. I'm totally in love with the waves paired with the seahorses.
I swear the crispness of these MdU polishes blows me away everytime. Have you been dreaming of running off lately? Where would you go? Be sure to check out all the other stamped looks below!
Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee

Bummer about that Essie, but the stamping is totally adorable!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It was the first one in a long time that I've been disappointed in.
DeleteThat stamping polish is so awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt's so crisp! I love the color too!
DeleteUgh. Hate when a polish drops you hard. Looks great with the stamping though :)
ReplyDeleteI'm totally stealing that. Thanks!
DeleteThanks Tracey!
ReplyDeleteYes I have, and anywhere in some peaceful nature environment. Your stamping is beautiful
ReplyDeleteThanks lady!
DeleteIt's a shame the base was so streaky but love the stamping! Holland Blue is one of my faves Mundos!
ReplyDeleteI really wanted it to be awesome, because there is so much you could do with that, but alas.
DeleteDisappointing about the Essie, but I always have that problem with their stuff for some reason. Sometimes it levels out with top coat, but not all the time. The stamping saved it! beautiful!
ReplyDeleteEssies are hit or miss for me. This one even reacted weirdly to the topcoat.
DeleteLovely stamping. I dream of running off to anywhere that isn't kentucky lol
ReplyDeleteI feel you. I dream of it everyday. Constant vacation status.
DeleteThese colors look great together. Lovely mani. If i wanna runaway anywhere, i think i will runaway with you..(Because you invited us .. lol ;)
ReplyDeleteWell of course you can run away with me. ;-)
DeleteVery nice! I really like the stamping! I'd love to run away with my boys and husband to Disney World! I think the boys would love it. :0)
ReplyDeleteHey, it's the most magical place on Earth! I bet they would love it!
DeleteThis Essie was a big disappointment for me too I think I ended up giving it away.
ReplyDeleteI think I'll pop it in my blog sale and call it. Someone else will give it a good home.
DeleteI hate when that happens to colors like this. Essie can be so hit or miss!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree.
DeleteWhite jellies are just so tricky! But they always end up photographing better than they really look. :/ If I could get some time off I would prefer to stay home - no running off for me!
ReplyDeleteYes! The photos don't look terrible, but in real life...bleck!
DeleteNo running for me, but I do dream of vacations, or even a morning when my kids will sleep past 5am :P I like the stamping in this mani!!
ReplyDeleteUgh! Early mornings are the thing I look forward to the least when I get around to having kids.
DeleteLove it...makes me want to run off to the beach...:)
ReplyDeleteA beach is much needed right now!
DeleteBeautiful stamping! Sorry to hear about the polish though. I really dislike Essie.
ReplyDeleteI have some Essies that I love, but they are such a hit or miss in formula. It really sucks.
DeleteEssie are so hit and miss - I love me a pretty sheer sometimes though and the stamping is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree. Thanks!
