Icon Duos: Mahogany & Icy Blue

Today I want to take a closer look at one of the Cirque Colors Icon Duos made exclusively for the Nordstrom Pop-In x OC Shop. Up first I want to look at the Mahogany & Icy Blue duo. Now I know this may be a bummer, because as I understand this pair sold out really quickly and isn't available currently. One can always hope for a restock, right??

The base for this look is Cirque Colors Storm King, a muted icy blue creme. I've gone in with a dotting tool and Cirque Colors Oporto to create a dotty look for an accent. I love the way these two colors play off each other. It's a stunning combination.
