#31DC2016: Watermarble

Ahh water marble, my old enemy we meet again. I once had dreams that we could be friends, but you just can't be nice can you. As you can see Day 20 of the challenge is my least liked day, EVER! Why are watermarbles so hard to do? I've watched all the videos, practiced, tried it all....but I just don't think it is for me. Which is why, I went for the accent nail today. It only took me 23 tries (I'm not kidding, I counted) to get the one nail done well, so I think that is more than enough watermarbling for me.
I used OPI French Quarter for Your Thoughts, OPI Don't Bossa Nova Me Around, and OPI Love.Angle.Music.Baby for this look. Enjoy it while you can. You won't see anything like this until next year from me.

#StampingSaturday: Subtle Sweaters

I'm going to make this post short and sweet. Hopefully. I need to finish Christmas shopping today and I'm planning on undertaking the chaos that is NYC Macy's two weekends before Christmas. Pray that I make it out alive.
This look was actually done as an Instagram guest post for @journailism. But on IG you can't get the whole story so I'll show you everything here today too! I started off with a base of F.U.N. Lacquer's Anna. Anna is a baby blue to lavender duochrome with holographic sparkles thrown in. It makes for a beautiful icy looking polish.

I then stamped on some subtle sweater patterns from MoYou London Fashionista 02 plate with OPI French Quarter for Your Thoughts.
I love the subtle cozy look this gives off. Don't you just want to cuddle. Please link up your #StampingSaturday look below or use the hashtag on IG to join us.
Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee

How was everyone's Memorial Day? I hope most of you got to enjoy a long holiday weekend with loved ones. Sadly I had to work Monday so I didn't get the extra day, but I did have a great weekend.
Today's post is a lot of fun. I really enjoyed this look. My base color for this look is China Glaze Thistle Do Nicely. Thistle Do Nicely is a neon pink that leans coral in some lights. It's gorgeous and didn't give me any problems formula wise which is a bonus! I actually wore this on it's own for a day before adding on to it.
I really enjoyed this look. Which design is your favorite? Mine is the middle and ring fingers.
Enjoy & until next time, Amy Lee
